Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience coordinating programs, maintaining records, supporting stakeholders, managing timelines, and producing accurate documentation.
• Experience working with learning systems, training records, rosters, learner communications, or program administration.

Responsibilities

• Program coordination and delivery: Coordinate planning, timelines, rosters, learner communications, attendance, completion tracking, and closeout documentation for assigned internal learning programs.
• Partner with external training providers and vendors on scheduling, enrollment, invoicing, and reporting; maintain project plans and meeting notes.
• Instructional design and content support: Assist with course outlines, objectives, storyboards, job aids, facilitator guides, and evaluation forms.
