Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field and professional certifications with related experience.
• Proficient in LMS administration and adult learning techniques.
• Experience delivering instructional technology staff development to adults.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develops eLearning solutions for professional development using Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe, and Audacity.
• Provides staff and departments with tools and training for effective technology integration in classrooms and work environments.
• Develop online course modules following the technology style guide and best practices.
• Assist with new technology initiatives within technical, cost, and scheduling objectives.
• Maintain proficiency with City Schools applications, databases, OS, and networks; participate in training to improve skills.
• Triage, document, and resolve LMS incidents and service requests within SLA.
