Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator in Dallas, TX to support the delivery and administration of enterprise-wide learning programs. You will coordinate training activities, administer the LMS, maintain training records, and ensure a positive learner experience.

This role partners with the L&D team to improve operations and deliver development opportunities. The position is full-time and hybrid, reporting to the Director of Enterprise L&D.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR, or related field.
• Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong organizational, collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Articulate and collaboration tools.
• Experience with learning, training, compliance, and/or workforce development programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs across the organization.
• Administer and support the LMS, including course assignments, enrollments, and learner records.
• Track training completions, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Generate reports and provide learning data to support business and leadership needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learner support and training inquiries.
• Manage training communications, schedules, and program logistics, including mobile training centers logistics.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, workforce development, and other enterprise learning initiatives.
• Partner with L&D team to continuously improve learning operations and the employee learning experience.
