Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P., a Dallas-based systems integration and I&C construction firm, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the daily administration and delivery of our training programs. You will manage the learning system, enroll new hires, coordinate logistics, and assist across project locations.

You will partner with HR, Safety, Operations, and SMEs to schedule, track, and report on training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives, ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience coordinating training or HR programs, with records management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Administers the learning management system, learner accounts, enrollments, assignments, and completion records.
• Creates and updates accounts for new hires and assigns required training.
• Monitors course completion, expirations, re-enrollment, and overdue assignments; sends reminders.
• Prepares recurring/ad hoc reports on enrollment, attendance, and program measures.
• Serves as primary contact for training questions and coordinates with HRIS/IT as needed.
• Communicates training requirements and schedules to employees and managers.
• Coordinates in-person and virtual training logistics and materials.
• Coordinates with HR, Safety, Operations and SMEs for required training.
• Supports onboarding and new hire training through scheduling and facilitators.
• Uploads materials to the LMS and maintains current versions.
