Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life, from planning through live execution. You’ll assist with program planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants, gaining hands-on exposure to creating engaging learning experiences. Open to undergrad/grad students, Spring 2027 program runs Jan 26–Apr 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Asana is a plus.
• Interest in learning and development, leadership development, events, or program management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food & beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities.
• Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.
