Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led operational training for new hires and employees
• Develop new instructor-led courses with subject matter experts
• Update training materials as procedures or systems change
• Respond to training requests from departments and deliver support
• Present information clearly using appropriate instructional methods
• Build relationships with operations to anticipate training needs
• Gather feedback to improve content and delivery
• Support additional Learning & Development initiatives as needed
