Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to facilitate instructor‑led training and development programs for teams across the organization in Atlanta, GA. The role emphasizes engaging delivery, participant interaction, and measuring learning outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in adult learning, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, instructional design, learning systems or other directly related field of study.
• 3 years prior experience planning, facilitating, implementing adult learning sessions.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led training programs for various employee groups including tellers, MSRs, FSRs, contact center and back‑office staff.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions; foster participation and positive learning environments.
• Assess learning needs, measure knowledge gain, and provide follow‑up and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with Learning Business Partners and department heads to update training materials.
