Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking an energetic Training Coordinator to lead our learning and development initiatives. You will develop, coordinate, plan, and facilitate a variety of training that will help enhance and develop employees in professional growth and organizational success.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate programs, collaborate across departments, and maintain training records to support our strategic goals and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience or training certifications.
• A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study.
• Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, implements, and facilitates training and refresher programs.
• Prepare training correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and materials for training and communication needs
• Provides training on policies, procedures, and any known regulations, as needed.
• Conducts assessment to determine training gaps and opportunities; develop, prepare, and conduct innovative training programs to address gaps and reinforce key business drivers.
• Measures and monitors program effectiveness and adjusts programs, as necessary.
• Prepares and/or assists in the preparation and analysis of assigned reports.
• Contribute to, enforce, and assist in annual organizational training calendar based on needs and strategic plan and to prevent excessive business interruption.
• May be required to work in branch as assistance for employee.
• Stays current on training programs and procedures; Continual education and career development as needed
• Recommend resources and/or technology needed to maintain an effective training program
• Analyzes learning and development needs to develop new training programs
• Assists in maintaining accurate record of all training courses and participation
• Performs other related duties as assigned by VP of Human Resources to support the needs of the credit union.
• May require travel for training and possible departmental support as needed.
