Job summary

Lighthouse Credit Union is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to design and deliver training programs that strengthen organizational capability across business lines. You will collaborate with field coaches, leaders, and HR&D to ensure training is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Lighthouse standards.

You will manage logistics, create resources, and utilize a range of methods to engage learners, fostering growth and a positive learner experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Delivers engaging, interactive training sessions.
• Applies adult learning principles to create meaningful learning environments.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of retail banking/credit union operations.
• Experience facilitating or coaching soft skills, behavioral, or culture-focused programs.
• Ability to demonstrate both soft skills and technical skills training in classroom and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Leads facilitation of training programs, including New Hire Orientation and retail learning.
• Models service excellence and maintains knowledge of Lighthouse policies.
• Collaborates with field coaches and leaders to reinforce learning objectives.
• Partners with HR&D to define training solutions for operational needs.
• Identifies and implements training solutions using diverse instructional methods.
• Develops training resources aligned with best practices and stakeholder feedback.
• Audits training materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manages logistics for training programs to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Plans and delivers events that foster growth, inclusion, and organizational connection.
