Job summary

BeMobile Verizon is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to organize, administer, and maintain Talent Card and Learning and Development initiatives across our organization.

The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, administration, and training support for over 120 store locations and our corporate team, with emphasis on effective learning delivery and program evaluation.

Location is BeMobile Corporate office or in a very limited approved geographical area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience; L&D preferred.
• Ability to assess high-potential employees and leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Energetic, emotionally insightful, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with mentor or peer programs; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead competency-based talent assessments and build practical tools.
• Administer and maintain Talent Cards for visibility into strengths and development needs.
• Facilitate new-hire talent review sessions and onboarding insights.
• Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and delivery of L&D programs; follow-up surveys.
