Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and deliver customized training curricula and materials for customers. You will build strong client relationships, facilitate adult learning sessions, and continuously improve training outcomes.

Occasional travel up to 35% is expected to support on-site programs and ensure adherence to corporate policies. The role requires 3+ years in L&D, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with Power BI and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development or related field.
• 3+ years in learning & development, designing and delivering training.
• Experience with AI-assisted content development tools.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Review and ensure compliance with legislation affecting training processes.
• Build customer relationships and deliver training to participants.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized training curricula and materials.
• Deliver formal training and coaching using adult-learning techniques.
• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams and internal staff.
• Travel up to 35% for on-site or client training.
• Assist with special assignments and adhere to T&E guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
