• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training to support leadership development and growth.
• Advise company leaders on engagement strategies and training impact.
• Coordinate employee resource groups to foster inclusivity and growth.
• Develop evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Manage multiple projects with clear, timely progress updates for stakeholders.
• Support additional special projects requested by the Chief People Officer.
