Job summary

Cross River is seeking an experienced L&D Consultant to design and launch talent development programs, including AI upskilling and a global recognition initiative. You will partner with the Talent Management team to drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives and engage with stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes instructional design, facilitator expertise, and measurement of learning outcomes, with remote work and periodic onsite workshops in Fort Lee, NJ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs to support the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with SMEs to create engaging solutions and iteratively improve.
• Develop learner-centered materials, including e-learning and videos.
• Evaluate effectiveness and outcomes to improve learning experiences.
• Design and facilitate workshops and leadership development activities.
• Align programs with organizational values and business priorities.
• Stay updated on AI trends in learning and vendor solutions.
