Job summary

Dragos is hiring a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, and to own the LMS. You will build the L&D playbook, work with senior leaders, and craft content and tooling that scale across a global, remote-first workforce.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience building an L&D function, strong facilitation, and familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools to increase reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Track record of designing and delivering leadership or manager development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills engaging leaders at all levels.
• Experience owning or administering a learning management system.
• Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong content development skills with emphasis on quality and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership/manager development programs.
• Own the learning management system end-to-end.
• Develop high-quality learning content across formats.
• Partner with People Business Partners to identify capability gaps.
• Build and manage vendor and facilitator relationships.
• Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
