Job summary

Cross River is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant (Associate, Temporary) to partner with our Talent Management team. You will build, launch, and elevate initiatives such as professional development workshops, AI upskilling, and a global recognition program.

The role reports to the Head of Talent Management. You will design programs across the employee lifecycle, collaborate with SMEs, and deliver learner-centered materials, including e-learning and videos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development or Instructional Design with enterprise programs.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning, blended learning, and workplace learning.
• Experience designing programs for leaders and employees at all levels.
• Passion for AI applications in learning and upskilling employees.
• Strong facilitation and MS Office/Canva skills.
• Knowledge of banking/finance regulatory standards is a plus.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs to support the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with SMEs to design solutions and socialize proposals.
• Create engaging learner-centered materials including e-learning, videos, and simulations.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Design and facilitate workshops and discussions for employees and managers.
• Manage leadership development activities end-to-end.
• Align programs with organizational values and priorities.
• VET and evaluate 3rd party vendors and stay current on AI trends.
