Responsibilities

• Develop detailed knowledge of Verra Mobility's business and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized training curricula including presentations and user guides.
• Deliver formal training and coaching to external customers.
• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and manage travel expenses.
