Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Operations and Insights Consultant. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on learning technologies, analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning operations.

You will manage LMS platforms, build dashboards and insights, and partner with program leaders to measure impact on learning effectiveness and business outcomes. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or HS/GED with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience administering LMS, developing dashboards, and supporting vendor administration or investment reporting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling, cleansing, pivot tables, and analysis of large data sets.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS, enrollments, assignments, completions, and reporting.
• Curate learning content and pathways; identify gaps and align learning resources.
• Maintain data quality and resolve system, access, and reporting issues.
• Develop dashboards and analytics on participation, utilization, investments and outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Partner with program leaders to define success measures and reporting requirements.
• Manage learning vendor administration, contracts, licenses, invoices and renewals.
• Reconcile data across systems and financial records for accurate reporting.
• Document processes, data definitions, reporting methods and system procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve learning operations.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator to reflect activity in systems and reports.
