Job summary

Duke Energy in the United States seeks a Learning & Development Senior Operations and Insights Consultant to own learning technologies, analytics and operational insights. You will manage the LMS, dashboards, reporting, contracts and investments, turning data into actionable insights that drive learning effectiveness and business decisions.

You will partner with program leaders to define success metrics, automate processes, and improve learning operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years related experience or HS/GED with 7+ years.
• Experience administering LMS, dashboards and vendor/investment reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel with data modeling and large data sets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to translate data for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer learning technologies (LMS) and reporting with accurate data governance.
• Curate learning content and identify gaps, aligning to enterprise capability needs.
• Maintain data quality and resolve routine system, access, and reporting issues.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to generate actionable insights on participation and investments.
• Analyze learning, operations and feedback data to identify trends and improvements.
• Partner with program leaders to define success measures, evaluation strategies, and reporting.
• Manage learning vendor administration including contracts, licenses and renewals.
• Monitor vendor performance and reconcile data across systems and financials.
• Document processes, definitions, and reporting methods.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize learning operations.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator to reflect program activity in systems.
