Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking an L&D Program Operations Consultant to manage day-to-day coordination and delivery of enterprise learning and talent development programs. You will handle cohorts, events, communications, schedules, and materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate enrollment data, with hybrid work options and opportunities for growth within the Learning & Development organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of work-related experience OR HS/GED and 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Master's degree can be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree and one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for cohorts, virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs.
• Manage rosters, registrations, calendars, invitations, attendance, completions and related activity.
• Coordinate communications among participants, managers, facilitators, and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, pre-work, assessments, and follow-up resources.
• Schedule sessions, facilitators, spaces, technology, and other delivery needs.
• Provide day-of program support and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain program files, checklists, templates, and delivery records.
• Monitor timelines and escalate scheduling conflicts and risks.
• Partner with Learning Operations to maintain enrollment, attendance, and completion data.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, communications, and participant experiences.
