The role oversees learning operations, LMS administration, measurement, vendor performance, and program delivery, partnering with HR partners, business leaders, facilitators, vendors, and technology partners to drive scalable, high-quality learning and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading learning operations, talent development programs, HR operations, or enterprise program management.
• Experience managing people, programs, vendors, budgets, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong operational planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution across the learning and talent development portfolio.
• Provide direction and performance management for team members.
• Oversee LMS and learning technology administration and governance.
• Establish and evolve learning measurement, dashboards, and ROI frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and investments.
• Partner with HR, IT, finance, and vendors to resolve issues.
