Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation in hybrid mode is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Operations and Insights Consultant. The role covers LMS management, analytics, and operational reporting to drive learning effectiveness and business decisions.

You will build dashboards, curate learning content, and partner with program leaders to establish success metrics and reporting. Strong data skills, Excel expertise, and Power BI experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years related experience OR HS/GED with 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience administering LMS, developing dashboards and supporting vendor administration or investment reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling, cleansing, pivot tables, and analysis of large data sets.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS and ensure accurate course administration, enrollments, completions, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to generate actionable insights on participation, utilization, effectiveness, investments, and outcomes.
• Identify content gaps and curate learning resources aligned to enterprise capability needs.
• Analyze learning, operational and feedback data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvements.
• Partner with program leaders to define success measures, evaluation strategies, and reporting requirements.
