Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Learning & Development Program Operations Consultant to coordinate and deliver enterprise learning and talent development programs.

You will manage cohorts, events, communications, schedules, and learning materials, ensuring timely delivery across hybrid and virtual settings while maintaining accurate enrollment and completion data. Travel ~15-25% and emphasis on coordination, logistics, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year work experience OR HS/GED with 5+ years relevant experience
• A relevant master's degree can be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree and one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for cohort-based, virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs.
• Manage participant rosters, registrations, calendars, invitations, attendance, completions and related program activity.
• Coordinate participant, manager, facilitator, and vendor communications.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, pre-work, assessments, and follow-up resources.
• Schedule sessions, facilitators, meeting spaces, technology, and other delivery requirements.
• Provide day-of program support and resolve routine participant or facilitator issues.
• Maintain accurate program files, checklists, templates, and delivery records.
• Monitor timelines and elevate scheduling conflicts, delivery risks, and participant concerns.
• Partner with the Learning Operations and Insights Consultant to maintain enrollment data.
• Recommend improvements to program workflows, communications, and participant experiences.
