Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Operations Supervisor for the KYC Team. You will process new customer applications, handle accounts, perform adjustments, and protect PII while supporting sportsbooks and management.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include generating statements, updating customer data, processing KYC docs, Onfido submissions, and Nevada paper applications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer support experience.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling private/sensitive customer data.
• Must be able to type 35 words per minute.
• Ability to multi-task and work varied shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate win/loss statements for customers.
• Generate deposit/withdrawal statements for customers.
• Update customer mobile account addresses/phone numbers/emails.
• Update documentation on file such as driver’s licenses.
• Processing KYC documentation.
• Selfie Sign-Ups.
• Onfido Submissions.
• Ontario Reviews.
• Nevada Paper Applications.
• Perform account adjustments.
• Respond to Support emails in a timely manner.
• Responsible for organization of documents to be scanned.
• Work in accordance with department policy & procedures to comply with gaming statutes and regulations.
• Other duties as required.
