You will work under the Customer Support Manager, handling account requests and ensuring timely responses in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires 1+ years in customer support, strong typing skills, and the ability to multitask across tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Customer Support experience.
• Type at least 35 words per minute.
• Able to multi-task and manage high-volume workloads.
• Shift flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle stressful periods and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Customer Rewards Accounts.
• Open and approve new accounts for the Mobile Betting App.
• Update and maintain Customer Accounts.
• Generate win/loss statements for customers.
• Research lost ticket claims for customers.
• Process contest applications.
• Send replacement rewards cards to customers.
• Research sportsbook cash discrepancies.
• Apply approved promotional rewards to accounts.
• Monitor self-betting kiosks for underage or banned patrons.
• Report kiosks issues and request maintenance.
• Handle Admin Support emails in a timely manner.
• Organize and file documents for scanning.
• Comply with gaming statutes and department policies.
• Maintain document retention by removing applications per compliance.
