Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers; inputs betting information; prints tickets; handles cash changes.
• Maintains bank accuracy and cash drawers.
• Verifies winning tickets and resolves customer questions.
• Explains wagering information and manages betting boards for customers.
• Supervises wagering policies and ensures compliance with AML regulations.
• Coaches and guides staff for proper duty performance.
