Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a KYC Customer Operations Supervisor for our Las Vegas, NV office. You will manage customer applications, oversee KYC documentation, and support sportsbook operations while safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with the KYC Manager, and ensure timely processing of deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries. Expect shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Customer Support experience.
• 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience dealing with private/sensitive customer data.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer applications and support accounts.
• Handle account adjustments and secure sensitive information (PII).
• Respond to support emails in a timely manner and maintain documentation.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with gaming statutes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the KYC team and management as required.
• Perform routine data verification and updates to customer records.
