Qualifications

JD from an accredited university; strong interest in AI in legal practice.
Experience or strong familiarity with AI platforms and legal tech.
Ability to translate practice needs into practical AI solutions and prompts.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for one or more practice groups within the Innovation function.
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
Guide attorneys on AI tools across matter lifecycles and train groups on AI usage.
Structure and curate precedents, playbooks, and knowledge assets for reuse.
Monitor AI developments and communicate implications to practice groups.
Gather usage data and feedback to improve adoption and outcomes.
Mentor Knowledge & Innovation Attorneys or analysts.
Represent AI and knowledge priorities to leadership and management.
