You will guide attorneys on AI tools, customize prompts, train groups, curate precedents, and collaborate with the firm\'s Applied AI team to drive adoption.

The role emphasizes leadership in knowledge initiatives, collaboration with international offices, and a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for clients and practice groups.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university.
Six years of practice or knowledge management experience.
Working familiarity with AI platforms such as Harvey, Claude, ChatGPT, CoCounsel and Copilot.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for the Innovation function within one or more practice groups.
Guide attorneys on AI tools and workflow choices across matter lifecycles.
Translate group needs into clear requirements for AI solutions and prompts.
Lead substantive and technical training to build attorney fluency in AI.
Structure precedents, playbooks, and knowledge assets for reuse by lawyers.
