Qualifications

• JD with at least six years of practice or knowledge management experience aligned with the assigned practice.
• Familiarity with the firm’s AI platforms and how they apply to legal work.
• Experience with practice technology and knowledge platforms like Practical Law and Practical Guidance.
• Ability to translate practice group needs into prompts, agents, and workflows.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys or staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more assigned practice groups.
• Guide attorneys on AI tools and technology solutions across the lifecycle of a matter.
• Customize prompts and workflows to improve day-to-day work.
• Lead training and build attorney confidence in AI.
• Structure and curate precedents, playbooks, and knowledge assets.
• Monitor AI developments and identify opportunities to improve client service.
• Gather usage data and feedback to align initiatives with priorities.
• Collaborate with international offices and support outside US hours.
• Mentor Knowledge & Innovation Attorneys or analysts.
• Represent priorities to practice group leadership and firm management.
• Set priorities for AI and knowledge initiatives within assigned groups.
