Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Knowledge Modeler / Ontologist to drive domain ontology design, governance, and delivery for enterprise knowledge graph initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/ML teams, translating complex domains into rigorous semantic models.

You will lead ontology lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, using OWL, RDF, RDFS, SKOS, SHACL, and SPARQL, while aligning with business goals and governance standards. role is hybrid with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ontology engineering, knowledge modeling, or semantic web discipline
• Experience delivering domain ontologies in enterprise/consulting context
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and SMEs

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology lifecycle: requirements, conceptual modeling, formal specs (OWL 2, RDFS, SKOS)
• Design T-Box structures and hydration patterns
• Apply naming conventions, URI strategies and modular ontology architecture
• Build knowledge graphs to support reasoning and analytics
• Collaborate with Data Eng, AI/ML, Product, and SMEs
