Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Knowledge Modeler / Ontologist to design and govern domain ontologies for enterprise knowledge graphs. You will translate business concepts into semantic models and collaborate with data engineers and AI teams in a hybrid, client-facing role.

You will drive ontology design lifecycle, map relational sources to semantic structures, and ensure alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in ontology engineering, knowledge modeling, or related semantic web discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, conceptual modeling, formal specification (OWL 2, RDFS, SKOS), validation and deployment.
• Map relational data into semantic frameworks and maintain knowledge graphs for reasoning and analytics.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineers, and AI/ML teams to align models with business goals and governance.
