Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Knowledge Modeler to design, govern, and deliver enterprise ontologies for knowledge graph initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders and AI/ML teams, translating domains into rigorous semantic models using OWL, RDF, and SKOS.

You will work hybrid, collaborating with data engineers, SMEs, and product teams to ensure alignment with governance, security, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on ontology engineering or knowledge modeling.
• Minimum 5 years delivering domain ontologies in an enterprise or consulting context.
• Bachelor’s in Information Science, Computer Science, Library Science, Linguistics, Philosophy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full ontology lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design T-Box structures and hydration patterns across data sources.
• Apply naming conventions, URI strategies, and modular ontology architecture.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering / AI teams on ontology-guided information extraction.
