Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Knowledge Modeler / Ontologist to design, govern, and deliver enterprise knowledge graphs. You will translate business domains into semantic models using OWL, RDF, and SKOS, collaborating with data engineering and AI/ML teams.

You will lead ontology development, mapping, validation, and governance while engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ontology engineering and knowledge modeling experience.
• Enterprise/domain ontologies in a consulting context preferred.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design T-Box structures and hydration patterns for data sources.
• Apply naming conventions, URI strategies, modular ontology principles.
• Use OWL/RDF/RDFS/SKOS and SHACL for modeling and validation.
• Map relational data into semantic frameworks and build knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, AI/ML, Product, and SMEs across teams.
• Enforce governance standards and align with business goals and compliance.
