Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks a kitchen team member to help prepare and serve breakfast and/or lunch, assist with catering, and perform multiple kitchen roles.

You will set up serving lines, follow recipes, and ensure food is held at correct temperatures while maintaining clean work areas. Responsibilities include operating equipment, cleaning, inventory, and handling cash/ POS transactions as needed. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information to others.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; calculate rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of serving lines and maintain food at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook and present appealingly.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO storage.
• Assist in dishwashing and maintain inventory records and paperwork.
