Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking team members for kitchen production and serving line support.

You will prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering functions. You will perform a variety of kitchen duties across the operation while ensuring food safety and quality. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, preparing foods per menu and recipes, operating equipment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and menu plans.
• Able to operate kitchen equipment and meet food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and recipe standards.
• Operate equipment (slicers, mixers, grinders) with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and proper FIFO stock rotation.
• Restock serving lines and assist with dining room/service areas as needed.
• Follow HACCP procedures and maintain daily production records.
