Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated kitchen worker to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering functions across our sites. You will perform all kitchen positions as needed.

You will follow recipes, maintain food safety standards, manage serving lines, inventory, and cleaning duties, and support a fast-paced cafeteria environment while delivering friendly, professional service to students and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes.
• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
