Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking staff to join its kitchen teams. You will prepare meals, assist with serving lines, and support occasional catering functions. You will work under Opaa!'s recipes and menu plans, ensuring food safety and presentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month of related experience, training, or equivalent education.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in preparing foods per the menu plan and Opaa! recipes; prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; wash and restock items as needed.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; keep cooler/storage racks clean and debris-free.
• Prepare baked goods as required by the menu; present to customers appealingly.
