Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking team members to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in catering functions.

The role involves working across kitchen stations and maintaining food safety and presentation standards. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, batch cooking, following recipes, operating kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and documenting daily production with FIFO practices.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook and present attractively.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain FIFO and keep coolers clean; monitor inventory.
• Follow HACCP processes and maintain daily production records.
