Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen staff member to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines at our dining sites. Responsibilities include batch cooking, menu-based prep, stocking milk coolers, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Operates various kitchen equipment, follows HACCP and safety guidelines, and supports daily cafeteria operations with friendly service and accurate portions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or related experience or training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines daily and ensure correct food temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and prep for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock milk coolers, keep areas organized, and support dishwashing and sanitation.
• Provide hospitality and serve customers with proper portions and utensils.
