Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or one month of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines consistently.
• Basic math and measurement skills for portioning and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day’s menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; practice FIFO inventory.
• Serve customers with hospitality and ensure accurate portions and presentation.
