Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering functions.

You will perform all kitchen duties per menu plans and Opaa! recipes while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include equipment operation, FIFO inventory practices, and assisting in daily production for future menus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Assist in the preparation of foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Set up serving lines and ensure all food is held at proper temperatures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and inventory.
