Job summary

As Leader On Duty, you will promote performance, manage on-floor activities, and partner with the Assistant Store Leader to align product knowledge, customer service, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays in FT role.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply company systems, policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Focus on promoting sales as they pertain to the Leader On Duty role.
• Communicate regularly to review business results and associate performance.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service.
