Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills.
• The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.
• A team-oriented focus with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste for validation.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout.
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to ensure a great dining experience.
• Support the team during peak times by pitching in wherever needed.
• Move and multitask in the kitchen; physical work required.
• Follow DIG food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and contribute to a welcoming team culture.
• Help rebuild the food system as part of DIG's mission.
