The role offers a starting pay of $17–$18 per hour plus $2–$3 per hour in tips and additional benefits, with opportunities to develop leadership abilities and contribute to a culture focused on real food and community impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and eagerness to learn culinary skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (lift up to 25–50 pounds).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to growth within the DIG kitchen and brigade.
• Ability to follow safety standards and DIG policies.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains per recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and more.
• Explain menu offerings and ingredients to guests to enhance experience.
• Support team during peak and off-peak services.
• Maintain food safety standards and comply with DIG policies.
