Minimum 2 years of food & beverage experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience are required. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and recipes are followed.
• Oversee inventory and place orders to maintain stock.
• Maintain communication with kitchen, FOH, and management.
