goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to act as an extension of management, coaching the team, owning plate quality, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast‑paced, wellness‑focused kitchen.

You will supervise staff, master recipes across stations, assist with ordering and inventory, and uphold food safety standards. This role rewards leadership and hands‑on coaching in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff, setting the tone for a positive and accountable shift.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen.
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train and support the team.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, holding the team accountable during shifts.
