goop kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Shift Lead to act as an extension of management, keeping daily operations running smoothly while upholding Goop Certified Clean standards. You lead by example, coach in real time, own the quality of every plate, and step in wherever the kitchen needs you most.

You will supervise and train the team across stations, master recipes, assist with ordering, invoices and inventory, and uphold food safety.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff, setting the tone for a positive and accountable shift
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train and support the team
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
