goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to help manage daily operations in our fast-paced kitchen, upholding the brand's clean, high-quality standards. You will coach staff, ensure the quality and presentation of every plate, and support management to keep shifts running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year as a Lead or Supervisor, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff during shifts
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish
• Master recipes and techniques across all stations to train the team
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
