goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to supervise, coach, and own the quality of every dish while upholding the high health-conscious standards that define our brand. You’ll act as an extension of management, guiding the team in real time and stepping in wherever the kitchen needs you most.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a lead role in a fast-paced or wellness-focused kitchen, a ServSafe certification or equivalent, and are bilingual in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience as Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff during shifts.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish.
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train the team.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
