Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to supervise and drive daily kitchen operations with health-conscious standards. You will coach the team in real time, own plate quality, and step in wherever needed to keep service smooth and consistent.

The role emphasizes leadership, training across stations, and hands-on involvement in ordering, inventory, and food safety. 18+ availability and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1+ year of lead/supervisor experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead kitchen staff during each shift.
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish.
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train the team.
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
